President-elect Trump to issue executive order to delay TikTok ban

Soon after he is sworn in, President-elect Donald Trump says he plans to issue an executive order to delay a TikTok ban from taking place. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said his executive order would extend the period of time “before the law’s prohibitions take effect.” He said he supports a joint venture where a U.S. entity would own a 50% stake.
